The Incucyte® CytoATP Lentivirus Reagent Kit contains lentiviral based live-cell labeling reagents driven by an EF1-α promotor with puromycin selection, resulting in stable expression of a dual fluorescent (cpmEGFP and mKOk) ATP indicator, either ATP binding (CytoATP Lentivirus) or ATP non-binding control (CytoATP Non-binding Control Lentivirus). CytoATP Lentiviruses are highly efficient, yet non-disruptive, labeling reagents of live cells for the detection and quantification of changes in cytoplasmic ATP in mono- and co-culture cell models.

The Incucyte® CytoATP Lentivirus Reagent Kit has been validated for use with the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System configured with the Metabolism Optical Module (Cat. No. 4820) for measurements of dynamic changes in cytoplasmic ATP. The Incucyte® CytoATP Lentivirus Reagent Kit is not compatible with Incucyte instruments configured with Green/Orange/NIR, Orange/NIR or Green/Red Optical Modules. The Incucyte® CytoATP Lentivirus Reagent Kit is intended for use with the Incucyte® ATP Analysis Software Module (Cat. No. 9600-0033).
